What exactly is Nano D3?
Nano D3 is a fast-absorbing sublingual spray built around Vitamin D3 (15 mcg / 600 IU per dose). Spraying it under the tongue lets it reach the bloodstream directly, rather than going through the stomach like a tablet or capsule.
What does Vitamin D actually do?
Without enough Vitamin D, your body can't properly absorb the calcium you eat — so bone-health benefits from diet alone are limited if levels are low. Vitamin D also supports normal muscle function and helps your immune system work as it should.
Do I still need it if I get some sunlight?
It can still help to get sunlight, but it's often not enough on its own. Indoor lifestyles, sunscreen, cloud cover, and the specific time of day all limit how much Vitamin D your skin actually produces. Why a spray instead of a tablet?
